This storage facility is awesome! It’s easy to get a new unit, easy move in, no hassle. Storage unit was clean and access is great! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place.

Every year my fee goes up due to improvements however there are no visible improvements that I can see. If you have nice things I do not recommend ,there is grassy areas around causing a problem with RATS despite what you may do to prevent them.

Customer service was superb. Unit very clean. Felt safe even in the dark.

Had a unit with these folks about 4 years now. They've made it waaaaay too convenient to store all our useless stuff, LOL On the few times I've had to contact the office to take care of some routine matter they've always been nice and easy to deal with and once when I emailed them about a minor change I mangled the explanation of what I was trying to accomplish so badly I feared they'd misunderstand me and everything would be hopelessly fouled up.... but when their office opened the next day they sent a confirmation email back to me and they managed to understand my gibberish perfectly! I wouldn't be surprised if they could even translate grunts and gestures. Thanks guys, you've been super.

Purchased a “climate-controlled” storage for less than a month and several boxes, two of which contained electronics (that are now ruined), have been soaked. Will NEVER use this place again nor do I recommend it to anyone. My GameCube that I’ve kept in good condition for YEARS is ruined. Update: They contacted me and told me there is nothing they can do nor will they give me my money back. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. Update: I was just told that this was "out of there control" in a "climate-controlled" space. WOW. I wish I could rate zero stars.

I searched for two months for a large unit. Melissa was so helpful and I found the unit I was looking for.

We have found a friend with the staff at Ennis Storage. They worked at getting to know us and our storage needs. They are always very accommodating and offer a clean space for us to rent. We've used them on two difference occasions and remembered us from 5 yrs ago!
